Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Condado de Martiniega olive oil is obtained from freshly picked arbequina olives, harvested at Its optimum point of ripeness.
This causes a lower percentage of olive oil extracted but instead we obtain an olive oil very rich in antioxidants (polyphenols), which are highly beneficial for the health.
The entire process focuses on the quest for quality rather than quantity. In addition, all our processes carried out, both on the farm and in the “trujal” (place where the olive oil obtaining process is carried out), are certified by the highest standards.
