Our olive oil, from Arbequina variety, it has herbaceous green color. This olive oil is soft, smooth and fresh on the palate with a balanced, with a medium-high fruity and sweet fragrances profile. Great diversity of aromas, especially freshly cut grass, almond, green apple and banana. The slightly spicy finish also stands out. It has a very low acidity (<0,2º).


Visual Analysis Appearance

Bright yellow oil – Greenish. The most distinctive chromatic range is lime green.

Tactile Analysis Palate – Mouth

It stands out for its marked taste in mouth, with delicate aftertaste in throat. It leaves no sensation of astringency or pastiness.

Olfactory Analysis Sensations – Aroma

Green fruity medium intensity, nose notes of fresh grass, green apple and banana.

Taste Analysis – Palate

It is sweet, fruity and balanced olive oil. The analysis on the mouth affirms the texture of a freshly squeezed green apple juice mixed with banana notes. Its bitterness is very light and the medium spicy becomes an attribute to its passage through the mouth leaving a fresh and smooth feeling.
